13.4. - Implementing one-page design - 3 hours

The design I got assigned a pretty simple and very good readable. I didn't have any difficulties understanding intentions of the author, so the implementation process could begin pretty much right away.

Almost all the used concepts were from the 2DGameKit tutorial, so at first I've tried to go just by memory, but I couldn't remember some details so I've resorted to completing necessary parts of the tutorial again. After that, the implementation was very straight-forward.

The only general question I had was that how difficult is the game supposed to be.  That would change how big were the jumps, how fast the platforms move ,  FOV of enemies and so on. I've decided to not make it very difficult overall, but I've made the jump to the fast moving platform a bit harder so it wouldn't be so not challenging.

This is the baseline of the game, in the next version I look forward to polishing some edges, adding decorations, but most importantly, I'd like to add some effects or even a winning screen when you reach the end. Maybe I'll add some secret locations or adjust the level so there is a faster but harder alternate way of completing it.

Till next time, folks! Stay tuned.
