Journal #1.1
In this version the gameplay side of the first level is more or less finished, there are all the intended ways to die, thus to finish the level. There are 4 ways to lose 2 out of you max 4 hp, and at the end of the level there is a way to lose all your hp, so there are many possible routs to completing this level. Unfortunately, after dying you will be just respawned at the start of the first level, continuing to second level after dying will be a part of the next update.
This version also brings new feature, trampoline/launch pad. I've found a fun way to implement them, they are just pressure pads with different sprite and when you step on them your characters vertical velocity is increased, although it works a bit weird when pressing space simultaneously. The thing is, if anything, even a falling box for example, falls on the trampoline, your character will be sent flying from you current location, and there is a neat little puzzle involving this mechanic. The machanic is also suggested in an InfoPost.
I've already started implementing next level featuring low gravity puzzles, cant wait to show it to you when its finished!
